Today we are showcasing a remodel of a redwood home in Sea Ranch in California’s Sonoma County. Architects at Marcus & Willers kept the facade of this 1965 home intact, while adding plenty of functional features. “The renovation project included a new two-car attached garage, a new main bedroom suite, the addition of a library and new bedroom above, replacing all windows, electrical and plumbing in the house, installing a radiant floor heating system, and finally, replacing the vertical grain redwood siding and the exterior decks”, explained the architects.
